Don’t Put Your Stakeholders in this Position (Especially if they’re the President of the United States)

Not to pile on the current problematic implementation of the Affordable Health Care Act, but there is one more lesson to learn here:

This is the unenviable position you put your stakeholders in when you fail to flawlessly implement your initiatives. They must then try to explain away your mistakes to your users. And that’s the last position your stakeholders want to find themselves within.
